Veyo Fun!!

Every summer Angie and I try to take the kids to the Veyo pool! Although the kids never actually step foot in the pool! They love to fish for crawdads. This year we came prepared with hot dogs and string! They caught a ton and got bit a ton also! :)

Anyone who has been to the Veyo pool know about this bridge. Scares the crap out of me every time we go!

Landon would move from place to place! I kept telling him he had to stay in one place to catch one! I finally sat with him so he would hold still for five minutes!

Neal's sis needed some tile done on the front of her house and Neal decided to take Landon on the quick trip!! He was so excited to go to the beach! He had a great time spending some alone time with Neal! He got to know his cousin Paige a lot better. She kept asking "Where is that boy?" So cute!

At least he has a SWEET scar!

At thirty two you don't really expect to have to deal with skin cancer. It seems it should be a later in life problem! Neal has had a red spot on his face for quit some time and after Neal's Mom hinted to us that he should get it checked out, he did. It was Skin Cancer! He had a spot on his ear that they were able to burn/freeze off, but the one by his eye was much to large. He had the MOHS surgery! I got to sit in on the surgery. Seriously I think he would of rather them just cut the cancer out instead of stick a needle in his face to numb him! Crazy man. It went really well, but he was in a lot of pain after and had to take it easy for that week! Let me tell you, it was a full time job trying to get him to take it easy! Hopefully he won't have to have this done again! He has healed nicely though!

Six, six, Landon is six!!

I can't believe Landon turned six!! For his Birthday he wanted to invite a few friends and go bowling. It was a great idea! No party clean up for me! He had a fun day! Landon is such a great kid. He's so funny! He has got such a great memory! He doesn't just remember events and places we have been, he remembers facts also. He's like Paul Blart with his fun fact of the day.

Neal worked at the station all day and then came home a made Landon a cake. He wanted Landon to have a baseball cake! He did a great job!

The party boys! AJ, Staton, Landon and Aiden! Landon and Aiden love to be around each other, but they always decide they want to punch and kick eachother and Aiden is usually the one to get hurt! Not sure what to do about their relationship! They love to play together, but always end up fighting! I guess it's just a boy cousin thing???

Landon freaked me out every time he went to pick up the ball! Landon is a bit clumsy (he got my talents) and I was scared for who ever was around him. haha... He did great and had a lot of fun with the boys!!
