Landaloo is 8!!

I cant believe my Landaloo is 8. It seems like yesterday I was rushing to the hospital thinking there was no way I could be in labor since it was 5 weeks before his due date. He was here in a few pushes, such a small little thing with no eyelashes, eyebrows or fingernails, but he was healthy and that was all we cared about. He did have the cutest little dimples like his Daddy!! We are so very proud of Landon. We could not ask for a better kid.
We moved the day of his birthday, poor kid. We ended up having a swimming party at my Grandparents pool. So fun and not a lot of clean up. My kind of party!
Landon and Aiden! Best buddies.
Say cheese Cay!!
Sweet Gage! I was trying to get his sweet smile, but he wasn't cooperating.
Grandpa Campbell and Granters. :)
Those blue eyes melt my heart!!
Grant spraying the party goers. :)
Declan's turn!
Sweet Cay!
The birthday boy with frosting all over his face!
Thanks Nana and Papa for the games!!
These kids need to stop growing up so fast!!

4th of July 2011

This is an add on picture to this post so I just put it here at the top. James and Britt said they saw Scotty (winner of this last seasons American Idol) and so Aliya and I ran and tracked him down. Such a very sweet kid. So fun to see this talented kid and get a photo with him!

For the fourth of July we went to Nana and Papa's. On our way up there I noticed Grant was looking a little off. He was extra sleepy and just looked like he wasn't feeling well. I pulled over and noticed he had an incredibly high fever. I took his temp and sure enough he had 103 degree fever. Instead of turning around and heading home, we took him to Corey and he took him to his ER and we found out he had strep. Poor kid didn't even complain at all. Thanks to Corey we were able to get some antibiotics in him so we wouldn't get anyone else sick. Papa got Grant and I a hotel room for the night. Although I missed not being with everyone, it was great to spend some extra time taking care of my baby boy in an extra nice and comfy hotel room! Antibiotics are an amazing thing. He was feeling better so quick and we were able to have a great vacation.

Nana and Papa bought all the kids bikes. They had a great time going up and down their hill! Papa even had some fun with the bikes!
We also went to seven peaks. Such a fun day. This was Grant's way of resting, building a fort with the tubes.

Silly girls!
Cute Trey eating his snow cone! He couldn't even take the time to smile at me. :)
Sweet girl Chloe. I took her around the park so her Mama could rest a bit, but she only made it 20 min or so before she was wanting to go back to Mom, but for those 20 minutes, we had a great time!
My pretty girl!
We took the kids to the children's museum. We love to go there. The kids always have the best time. Landon sure does love this little girl. She just tolerates him. haha :)
We could of stayed in this ball area all day!!
Britt and Aliya making some music!
Sweet girl always posing! Grabbing some groceries!
Shopping for some food!
Grant usually always has his Ipod on with headphones in his ears!!
More music!!
Concentrating so hard. Who is that foxy lady in the background? :)
Striking a pose while delivering the mail!
There were a few other kids playing in the building area and of course Landon was the construction manager. In charge! Neal would of been so proud!

Ringing up the groceries!!
:)
The fourth was a great day. Lots of yummy yummy food, family fun and fireworks!
Love the poppers!!

Giant sparklers!
Whoa!!
None of the babies were scared. They loved the fireworks.

The babies weren't scared, but Josh looks a little scared!
Setting up for the big show!!

We had a much needed break. Sadly the day we were leaving, Landon came down with a super high fever. Can you guess what he came down with? Yep, Strep. We took him to the doc the minute we got home before his fever could get scary high! Thanks Nana and Papa for a wonderful trip. Trips like this make it a little easier to not live near them. Just a little.
