There is no way that my baby girl is nine! She has brought so much laughter and joy into our family! I have had to remember what it is like to be a little girl so I can not go crazy when she is having one of her dramatic girl breakdowns. And although I know she has never gotten over the fact she is not an only child, she is a great big sister. Goofy, athletic and beautiful! Sweet, compassionate and friendly!
This picture pretty much sums up Aliya! She is happy to be all girly and pretty, but she is just as happy taking off those girly shoes and riding on her rip stick or playing football in the mud with the boys!

NINE??!!! Sheesh that just reminds me how much behind the game I am. I am trying...and if nothing comes out of it after a few more years, I'm just gonna have to adopt an older child so that she'll be the same age as everyone else's kids. hehe
