The other day I was putting Landon to bed and when I was done I went looking for Aliya and I found her doing eight minute abs with Uncle James. So cute. James has been a lot of fun since he moved in. The kids adore him and he adores them. He does my dishes when he is home and he watches American Idol with me. I think I'll keep him. :)
Hmmmm.... Maybe I should join in and work out my Abs of Flab instead of taking the picture. hehe.. :)

haha oh my, look at my face. It's hard for me. I have the abs of flab. Amy, your so dumb. You do not need to do eight minute abs. Your so skinny, be glad you don't have to :). Either does Aliya but she is my motivation. She always comes to me every night, "K James, Let's work out!" haha. She's funny! I am glad she pushes me to do them. I need the work out!
I love having James back in St. George! I know that James is so happy to have James to go to movies with and do guy things with too. Yea I think I for sure need that 8 minute abs I'll probably download it later
